Museum Place

 

Touted as “iconic, progressive, and urban”, Museum Place, formerly known as Parkside Hall, is the next exciting addition to the vibrant and expanding Downtown San Jose. This building will be a 60,000 square foot, both above and below ground, expansion of the Tech Museum as well as the home to 334 condominiums and 213,820 square feet of office space. This 270-foot high rise will also include a 143-room boutique hotel, 12,171 square feet of retail, and a 1,000 car underground parking garage that will offer 24-hour valet.
