  • 914 sales of single-family homes closed in March 2021
  • Closed sales for single family homes was up compared 1 month ago by +51.3%, but was up +43.7% from closings one year ago
  • The median sale price for a single-family home in March was $1,600,000
  • The median sale price for a single-family home in March was up 7.7% compared to February and was up +14.3% compared to one year ago 
  • Average days on market for a single-family home was 19 days
  • Average days on market for a single-family home was down from February when homes were taking an average 27 days and down from one year ago when homes were taking an average of 22 days on market

Condo Sales Statistics:

  • 449 sales of condos closed in March 2021
  • Closed sales for condos was up from one month ago by +30.5% and up compared to one year ago by +54.3%
  • The median sale price for a condo in March was $875,000
  • The median sale price for a condo in March was up +2.9% compared to February and was up +10.8% compared to one year ago
  • Average days on market for a condo was 31 days
  • Average days on market for a condo was down from February when condos were taking an average 33 days to sell and up from one year ago when condos were taking an average of 23 days on market
